Biography

Michael Knight was born in Ottawa ( Canada) in 1963. After several years travelling the world, Michael Knight returned to university in Montréal in the late 80s. He taught ESL in Vancouver before leaving British Columbia for Haute Provence in the early 90s.

Self-taught, Knight began painting in 1996. He lives and works in Forcalquier with his French wife. They have a son, Alistair.
